Summary Description
Drivers should be courteous and friendly and be able to deliver excellent customer service. Drivers must assist clients getting in and out of vehicle and provide a "through the door" service.
Applicants must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs.
Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDrivers are responsible for pre-inspection checks on all vehicles before driving; ensure all items or devices are stored away properly; drive clients to and from destinations in a safe manner.
Education & TrainingHigh school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Valid driver s license, Class C or commercial driver s license Class A or B with passenger endorsement. Valid CPR/First Aid card is preferred but not required. Drivers should be familiar with Denver and the surrounding areas.
Knowledge and ExperienceExperienced driving corporate clients and paratransit vehicles is a plus. Must have a driver s license for at least five (5) years. No more than one (1) moving violation or one (1) at fault accident in the last three (3) years. Applicants must be familiar with using cellular phones and navigating around areas using a GPS. Also, have at least one (1) year working with the elderly.

Working ConditionsDrivers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Drivers must provide a current driving record printout when applying (valid 30 days from date of application); must pass a pre-employment drug screen, pass Data check, and EPS check.
Physical RequirementsDriver must be able to pass the physical test. Lift up to 50 LBS, push up to 150 LBS, bend from the waist, pivot from the waist, be able to move from a standing position to kneeling position back to standing.
