The Fleet and Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's transportation operations, including managing our fleet of vehicles and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores. This is a full‑time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Develop and implement transportation strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores
• Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs
• Monitor and analyze transportation costs and identify areas for cost savings
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation vendors and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
• Train and supervise transportation staff, including drivers and logistics coordinators
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and inventory, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve transportation efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the fleet and transportation operations to identify and address any issues
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements in transportation technology to improve operations

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles and optimizing transportation operations
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
