Men's Head Soccer Coach

Timbers SC is looking for a competitive men's coach. This is for the role of Men's Head Soccer Coach at Timbers SC in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Head Soccer Coach will be responsible for coaching the men's program, developing and implementing team strategies and training exercises, and supervising and mentoring assistant coaches and athletes. The Head Soccer Coach will also collaborate with club leadership to execute the club's vision.

All operational tasks will be handled by the club (field rentals, equipment management, etc). If you are a newer coach looking to gain experience in adult leagues, we encourage you to apply!

Role is part-time and would only be needed two days total (2x practice a week for two hours, 1x game on Sundays or Saturdays). Practice field is located Southwest Denver and Home Field is located in Littleton.

Reimbursement for time: The coach will receive a stipend for the entire season and will range based on qualifications. Stipend range will be $1500 - 2000 per season depending on experience.

Coaching License
:
For our league, the coach will need at least a D-level license. If you do not have that, the club is willing to work with you should you be interested in it.

• Soccer Coaching
• Coaching Licenses - D is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and club leadership
• Previous coaching experience and knowledge of soccer techniques and strategies
• Proven track record of developing athletes and leading successful teams is preferred.
• Experience working with athletes and creating a positive team culture is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and supervise assistant coaches and athletes is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and execute training schedules and game plans.
• A desire to give back to the community through fundraising and charitable activities.

No relocation is provided. Only current or future residents (as of Jan 2026) of CO will be considered.
