• Class Types: Bootcamp, HIIT, Circuit, etc.
• Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3–5+ motivated residents – perfect for building community and connection.

• Competitive Pay: Earn $40 per 45‑minute class with potential for additional classes based on availability and proximity.
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose classes that match your availability and location preferences.
• Creative Control: Design and lead your classes your way; we encourage instructors to bring their own style and energy.
• Professional Development: Personalized coaching to sharpen teaching skills and grow your fitness career.
• Team Support: Focus on teaching – we handle marketing, community engagement, and logistics.

• Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Preferred)
• Saturday mornings: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
• Experience leading group fitness classes
• CPR and AED certified (required)
• Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun fitness classes
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
• Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
• Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community

Salary: $40 per 45‑minute class.
