AI is reshaping how organizations build, ship, and scale digital products and APIs are the connective tissue that makes it possible. As a Product Engineer
, you’ll play a critical role in shaping impactful product areas by collaborating within high-velocity engineering pods and partnering with product managers, all while leveraging AI to automate the routine and focus your energy on high-value building.

You will take ownership of a vertical slice of the product, balancing the quality of the code with the quality of the outcome.

• AI-Accelerated Prototyping
  :
  You use tools like Cursor and Antigravity to skip the boilerplate and ship working MVPs in hours. You focus on validating ideas quickly, then use your engineering rigor to turn those prototypes into robust, production-ready systems.

• Full-Stack Delivery
  :
  You build end-to-end features, moving seamlessly between backend and frontend code

• Debugging & Code Comprehension
  :
  You can read, trace, and reason about code. When something breaks, you dig in, follow the stack, and find the root cause. The codebase is not a black box. You understand what was built and why, and you can intervene when things go wrong.

• Software Architecture & Best Practices
  :
  You bring a strong foundation in software design patterns, security principles, and performance optimisation.

• Quality as a Feature
  :
  You write automated tests and manage technical debt, taking pride in shipping "magic" that just works.

• Developer Experience
  :
  You obsess over the DX, treating API contracts and error messages as part of the user interface.

30% Product Strategy:
Discovery & Synthesis

• AI-Assisted Synthesis
  :
  You use LLMs to process raw feedback, summarising transcripts from customer calls, support tickets, and community forum threads into concise, actionable problem statements.

• Direct Customer Discovery
  :
  You join customer calls to hear about their needs first hand, and to help understand complex issues. You use these sessions to research how users think and what their problems are.

• Data-Driven Decisions
  :
  You analyse feature adoption and usage patterns to identify friction points.

• Challenge the Roadmap
  :
  You collaborate with PMs to trade off technical complexity against user value, proposing simpler solutions that capture 80% of the value.

• 3-5 Years
  
  Experience:
  
  Strong background in software engineering

• AI Fluency:
  Demonstrated ability or strong curiosity to use AI tools for code generation (accelerating dev cycles) and text summarisation (synthesising user feedback).

• Full-Stack Fluency:
  Proven ability to work across the backend and frontend.

• Product Sense:
  Demonstrated ability to articulate why you built past features and how they impacted the business.

• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal English. You can explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
