What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the design and development of a modern verification platform from the ground up
* Build and scale real-time facial recognition and identity verification systems
* Collaborate with technical leadership and global teams to deliver robust solutions
* Contribute across the full stack using technologies like Golang, React, and cloud platforms
* Drive best practices in code quality, performance, and system reliability

The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical projects
* Strong background in one or more:
Golang, .NET/C#, React, Type Script, Kafka, SQL
* Experience building microservices and working with cloud-based architectures
* Ability to coach and mentor engineers across a variety of technical areas
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
