Responsibilities- Research and Development: Engage in advanced exploration of code generation techniques, with a focus on code-to-code transformations (Java, SQL, Python, etc.) and emerging methodologies.
- Model Development: Design and enhance state-of-the-art code generation models that meet the highest quality and performance standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of scientists and engineers, creating an environment that promotes creativity and excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate code generation features seamlessly into various applications and products.
- Innovation: Explore new opportunities in image generation and evaluate how emerging technologies can shape our methodologies.
- Stay Updated: Keep informed about the latest trends and advancements in code generation to maintain our competitive advantage.
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on Machine Learning and Deep Learning, along with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of pertinent experience.
- Proven publication record, particularly as a lead author or reviewer, in top journals or conferences.
- Deep expertise in image generation, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
- A demonstrated history of leading successful research and development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient leadership skills paired with outstanding communication abilities.

Compensation and BenefitsOracle provides a competitive salary range of $120,100 to $251,600 annually, influenced by various factors such as experience and expertise. This may also include eligibility for bonuses, equity, and deferred compensation.
