- Experience utilizing NIST SP 800‑37 Risk Management Framework (RMF) to design information systems commensurate with customer needs
- Fluent in two or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby
- Experience performing cybersecurity activities in support of software and system requirements, design, development, testing, and sustainment
- Expertise in two or more of the following Operating Systems:
Linux, Unix, Mac, Windows, Android, iOS - Hands‑on experience developing software using Configuration Management Tools (e.g., Git, SVN, TFS)
- Experience or education in cyber security, electrical engineering, computing engineering, computer science or related field
- Team‑focused with the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Genuine interest in new technologies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Proficient in Cyber security
- Experience in Linux kernel development
- Knowledge of driver to hardware interactions
- Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of Secure Information Systems
- Experience with SIEM tools
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Knowledge of securing cloud network technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Provider (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
- Custom hardware development
- Exploit analysis
- Wireless technologies
- Mobile application development
- Containerization
- Cloud computing
- Automated testing
- Continuous integration/continuous deployment
- Rapid prototyping tools and techniques

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Work DetailsAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite full‑time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.
Pay Rate and BenefitsAnnual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,900 – $184,920. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. The salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
