On the software development team in the Ever Health group, you will be responsible for developing new features and functionality that maintain existing experiences as well as drive innovation to support growth for our solution and customers.

• Work with a team of industry experts to design and develop sophisticated software
• Code, test and deployment of software
• Assist team with problem solving and debugging to ensure solid, bug-free platforms
• Review pull requests
• Contribute to agile ceremonies such as standup, refinement and retros
• Expand and maintain unit test coverage

• 5-8 years working with:
• Python/Django – expertise required
• JavaScript and modern SPA frameworks (React experience preferred)
• OOP
• Rest API/Graph
  
  QL experience (Apollo)
• Version control systems (Git Hub)
• Work Management and Documentation using Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)
• ORM frameworks (Sql Alchemy)
• Relational databases (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred), including complex stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
• Caching technologies like Redis
• Experience designing and developing enterprise level software
• Multi-threaded applications
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability (New Relic/Sentry)

• 1-2 years working with:
• AI/ML

• General understanding
  :
• ANSI HIPAA transactions (835, 837, 270, 271, etc.)
• Health Information Technology (HIT)
• U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements such as MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standards

The Ever Commerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada—remote or in-office options available. You must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other North American office locations may be required.

Ever Commerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD Per Year. The salary range is a general guideline and factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, location, education/training, skills, internal equity, market data, and business considerations are taken into account.
