DR
Kharon is seeking a full-time Staff Fullstack Engineer based in Denver, CO. This role requires in-office attendance at least 4 days a week.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure SaaS applications and supporting services across the full stack.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure solutions align with product and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate complex requirements into effective, user-focused technical solutions.
- Lead technical delivery for key initiatives, driving high-quality implementation, performance, and scalability.
- Provide technical mentorship and promote best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
- Help advance engineering standards in automation, observability, CI/CD, and Dev Ops to improve reliability and development velocity.
- Develop across the stack—from modern, performant front-end interfaces (React, Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to resilient back-end systems (Python, Java, APIs, databases).
- Maintain code quality and system stability through thoughtful design, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in software development with extensive full-stack development experience.
- Significant experience with Java and exposure to Java script and Python.
- Experience with any modern JS Frontend framework.
- Experience building applications on relational databases.
- CI/CD proficiency (Git Hub Actions/Git Lab/Circle
CI), containers (Docker/K8s), and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Excellent cross-functional communication and a bias for pragmatism and speed.
- Experience mentoring and leading teams in a technical capacity.
- Integrating with modern Authentication and Authorization tools (ie. AuthO, Fusion Auth, etc).
- A history of working in SaaS/DaaS companies.
- Nice to have: experience with graph databases.
The base salary range at Kharon is set between $230,000 - $265,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
