Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Integrated Health Services leadership team and associated departments, including Behavioral Health Services, Client Access, Dental, Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Psychiatry. This position serves as the administrative support and liaison to the CCH Consumer Advisory Board. This position plays a key role in coordinating internal communications, managing data and reporting needs, supporting meetings and events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Qualifications

and Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business.
  • Knowledge of issues impacting people experiencing homelessness and sensitivity to underserved populations.
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to learn and master CCH systems including EHR, HMIS, and Dayforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional, timely, and tactful in interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti-oppressive practices in working with colleagues and clients.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health conditions, or substance use disorders strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $20.64 - $25.14 an hour. Where a candidate is placed in the compensation range depends on total relevant years of experience.
