This position is considered a hybrid position, however:
The applicant selected for this position will be required to report 100% on site to the listed business address for the entirety of the training period which is designed to be six months but may be extended. After the training period is completed the supervisor may determine a hybrid reporting schedule with the employee.
This position will have a required schedule from 8:30AM to 5:00PM due to the customer service hours of the team.

Biweekly: $1,956.00 - $2,366.40

Job ResponsibilitiesThis position will serve as the front line of communication to disseminate accurate information to injured workers, attorneys, insurance carriers, employers, and other interested parties regarding their rights and obligations under the Workers’ Compensation Statutes and Rules of Procedure; to serve in an early intervention capacity to facilitate the resolution of disputes between two parties; and to support other units with the Division of Workers’ Compensation by fielding questions regarding their area of expertise.
