Overview
Maintenance Technician for an 83-unit affordable housing community (Trees - Maple, Denver, CO). You will help keep buildings and grounds safe, functional, and inviting, performing a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities- Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
- Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
- Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Affordable housing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

- $26.44 - $28.85 / hour
- Annual Performance Bonus
- This position is Non-Exempt, eligible for overtime pay
This range is provided as a general guideline and may vary based on qualifications, location, and responsibilities. In addition to salary, the role may include performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
