This is a full-time, on-site role for an Independent Painting Contractor located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, using various techniques such as spray painting and decorative finishes, and ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards. As part of the team, the contractor will also work closely with customers to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized worksite are key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Painting, Paint application, and Spray Painting techniques
• Experience in Painting and Decorating for residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of various Coatings and proper application methods
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional team
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols
• Reliable transportation and a driver’s license are required
• Previous experience as a professional painter or contractor
• Valid General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance
• A minimum crew size of 2 is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours from Denver for various projects
