Commercial Roofing Foreman/Sheet metal experience

Job Summary:

Perform installation and repair of PVC and vinyl type flat roofs of commercial buildings. Work in new install, replacement of previously installed/damage, and repair of asphalt and TPO roofing systems. Metal experience is a must – no exceptions.

• 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience (metal roofing a must)
• Experience with various commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Safety‑first mindset, able to work at heights
• Willingness to learn and follow extensive company safety policies
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check

• Install or replace commercial roofing systems including TPO, EMDM, and PVC
• Install vapor barriers and/or insulation layers on flat roof decks and seal seams
• Install, repair, or replace single‑ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials (modified plastics, elastomeric, or asphaltic compositions)
• Cut roofing paper to size and staple/nail in overlapping strips to create a base for other materials
• Install exterior cladding such as metal roofing, ACM panels, and custom zinc or copper applications
• Fit and join sheet metal parts, metal panels, flashings, and roofing trim
