Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a hands‑on, dependable Maintenance Technician to help support several locations next to each other in southwest Denver. • Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident‑first attitude
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting
• Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on‑call schedule
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
• Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns

• A minimum of 1 year of recent hands‑on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades
• Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11‑in‑1 screwdriver, spring‑loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
• You live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments. The nearest major cross streets are Sheridan Blvd and Warren Ave.
• A team‑player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career

Fluency in English required;
Spanish‑speaking is a plus.
