Respond to scheduled service calls, assess plumbing issues, and provide clear explanations to customers.;
Assist with the installation and repair of fixtures including sinks, toilets, tubs, disposals, dishwashers, water heaters (gas, electric, tankless), and softeners.;
Perform drain and sewer cleaning in residential and commercial settings, including basements, roofs, crawl spaces, and tight areas.;
Maintain clean, safe work sites and restore areas to prejob condition.;
Prepare basic invoices, collect payments, and document work performed using a company provided smartphone or tablet.
