• Concrete Preparation & Pouring
  :
  Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on floors, foundations, sidewalks, and other structures.
• Surface Preparation
  :
  Ensure proper surface preparation by setting forms, leveling, and grading work areas.
• Tool Operation
  :
  Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as wheelbarrows, concrete mixers, floats, trowels, and screeds to finish surfaces.
• Finishing Concrete
  :
  Help with smoothing and finishing the surface of poured concrete using finishing tools, hand or power trowels.
• Site Maintenance
  :
  Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris, tools, and unused materials.

• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials, standing, kneeling, bending, and operating equipment.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in construction or working with concrete is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Safety Awareness:
  Familiarity with safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Team Player:
  Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
