Installation Technician – Copper Mountain Wastewater Treatment Plant
Location: Summit County, CO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (4x10s) + occasional Friday OT
Employment Type: Long-term project through 2028
Pay Rates- Per Diem (All positions) - $125 per day
- General Laborers - $20 - 25 per hour
- Concrete Carpenters - $25 - 30 per hour
- Pipe Fitters - $25 - 30 per hour
We are seeking general laborers, concrete carpenters, and pipe fitters to support major upgrades at the Copper Mountain Wastewater Treatment Plant. This position involves assembling, installing, and replacing various piping systems and components made from metal, plastic, ceramic, and composite materials, as well as forming and finishing concrete.
You will work closely with an on‑site assistant supervisor and a highly collaborative team on a long-term infrastructure project.
Responsibilities- Assemble and install piping and tubing for water, steam, air, and other fluids, solids, or gases across buildings and structures.
- Engage in general labor duties such as site setup and site cleanup.
- Form/finish concrete and tie rebar.
- Install vacuum piping systems, drainage, and sewage lines (laterals) from buildings to connection points.
- Move and handle materials, tools, and equipment used by plumbers, pipe fitters, and steamfitters.
- Assist with demolition of the existing wastewater treatment station.
- Support construction and installation activities for the new wastewater treatment station.
- Work safely and efficiently under direction from the on‑site assistant supervisor.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in adverse weather conditions.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to stand, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods.

Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM - Standard 40-hour workweek with occasional Friday overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
