Join an exciting opportunity to lead projects across schools in the Denver metro area, encompassing new builds, additions, and remodel projects primarily using wood materials.

• Manage and oversee a team working on new build school projects and unoccupied multifamily projects around the Denver Metro area.

• Perform general carpentry and scope gap work, including tasks such as backing, blocking, constructing temporary walls, and installing safety railings.

• Work primarily with wood materials and possibly some steel framing.

• Ensure safety standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction.

• Proficiency in framing, drywall, steel framing, carpentry, and installation.

• At least 2+ years of commercial construction experience working as an all-phase carpenter.

• Preferred experience as a lead or foreman.

• Experience in interior carpentry and commercial construction projects.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.

This position offers the potential for long-term opportunities with a well-established general contractor in the Denver area. New hires are provided with CITC, enhancing their professional growth and development.

Work in dynamic commercial construction sites with opportunities across new build multifamily, school, and assisted living projects. Expect to engage in a full-time schedule of 40+ hours a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Denver,CO.
