We are seeking experienced Caulkers / Masonry Restoration Technicians to perform mortar restoration and joint sealing on a high-rise building project in downtown Denver. This role involves working at heights, removing and replacing deteriorated mortar joints, applying sealants, and ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing of the building façade.

What You'll Do
- Perform mortar removal and tuck pointing on high-rise exterior façades
- Grind out deteriorated mortar joints using hand and power tools
- Install backer rod and apply high-performance sealants
- Match mortar color, texture, and finish to existing façade
- Follow safety protocols for swing stage, scaffolding, or rope access work
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Collaborate with supervisors and restoration teams to meet project timelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in caulking, tuck pointing, or masonry restoration
- Experience working on high-rise or multi-story buildings
- Comfortable working at heights (OSHA 10/30 certification preferred)
- Knowledge of mortar mixing, sealant application, and joint preparation
- Ability to operate grinders and restoration tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver job site
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, climb, bend, and work on suspended platforms for extended periods
Nice to Have
- Experience with historic masonry restoration
- Scaffold, swing stage, or rope access certification
- Ability to read project drawings and specifications
