Carpenter - Residential Remodeling — Denver, CO | Full-Time

Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, building things the right way, and being part of a team that values quality over shortcuts. You ll work alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners to support framing and general carpentry work on residential remodel projects.

This is a field-focused role with clear direction and support - not a management position.

• Perform residential carpentry and framing work on remodeling projects
• Assist with layout, framing, and modifications to existing structures
• Read and follow construction drawings with guidance from lead carpenters or supervisors
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Communicate jobsite needs or issues clearly with the team
• Support inspections and make adjustments as directed
• Help with general carpentry tasks as projects progress

• 2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
• Experience with remodeling or renovation work is a plus
• Basic understanding of framing and construction methods
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and improve skills
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Pride in doing quality work
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
