Service Journeyman Plumber

Foster Plumbing LLC, a Crete United Company
, is a commercial plumbing contractor founded in 1996. We are currently looking to add a member to our service team who has a Colorado Journey worker or Master Plumber license and has commercial service experience. Candidate must have drain cleaning and jetting experience. Work hours Monday-Friday vary with occasional after hours/weekend work, primarily in the Denver Metro area. This is not a commission position, and no selling is required.

Daily work will include (but is not limited to) leading and mentoring co-workers, repair/replacement/install of drinking fountains, water heaters, drain and water lines, fixture installs, TI improvement, commercial bathroom renovation, drain, waist, vent repairs & installs, and miscellaneous troubleshooting.

• Commercial plumbing service, repair, replacement, and installation
• Drain cleaning and jetting
• Fixture installations, water heaters, and drinking fountains
• Drain, waste, and vent (DWV) repairs and installations
• Tenant improvement (TI) work and commercial restroom renovations
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Lead and mentor coworkers as needed
• Maintain professional customer service and jobsite standards

• Commercial plumbing service experience
• Drain cleaning and jetting experience (required)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, basic computer)
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Basic plumbing tools (saws, drills, impact drivers, etc.)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Licenses & Requirements
• Valid, non-restricted driver's license
• Clean driving record (no DUI/DWAI in the past 5 years)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be eligible to work in government, school, and secure facilities

$36-$42 per hour plus bonus opportunities, company vehicle, fuel, parking, uniforms, with zero out of pocket business expenses.

We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
