Overview
Join Remove and Replace Solar in Denver, CO as a full-time NABCEP Service Technician - Installer and keep our customers' energy systems fully efficient and operational. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

- Experience-based pay of $25.00 –$28.00/hour

- Inspecting residential and commercial solar systems and diagnosing the source of any issues
- Repairing, maintaining, servicing, and installing panels and related electrical components
- Coordinating with roofing teams to perform solar detachments and resets
- Performing warranty repairs and communicating with homeowners and internal teams
- Completing detailed job reports, tracking material usage, and ensuring all work meets regulations and quality standards
- Active NABCEP certification
- 2+ years of hands-on solar panel installation experience
- Valid driver s license
- Ability to serve the Denver Metro area
The following would be preferred and would help you stand out as an applicant:
- Electrical journeyman license
- 2+ years of detach and reset (D&R) experience
- Experience working on thermal panels
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of thermal solar technology, electrical circuits, and PV system components
- Proficiency with tools, meters, and site diagnostics
