About The Role
We are looking for a Field Technician to join a growing team in Denver, Colorado. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in the field and responding to real‑world challenges—not sitting behind a desk. In this role, you will respond to emergency service calls and property loss events, working directly on‑site to mitigate damage and support recovery efforts.
The position operates on a 24/7 on‑call rotation
, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will gain exposure to unique job sites, advanced equipment, and opportunities to build specialized technical skills in a high‑impact environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls and deploy to job sites as needed
- Perform initial site assessments and assist with action plan development
- Deploy, operate, and monitor large‑scale industrial generators (25kW-1,200kW)
- Operate specialized equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and manlifts when required
- Document job progress through photos, reports, and written records
- Communicate professionally with clients, property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness
- Participate in required safety and technical training
- Follow all safety, health, and PPE guidelines at job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in field services, restoration, construction, remediation, or related trades preferred
- Industry certifications (water, fire, smoke, mold remediation) are a plus
- Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Availability for 24/7 on‑call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel as required for emergency response and projects
- Work performed in residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Exposure to varying environments and conditions
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
- Non‑traditional hours based on emergency response needs
