Architectural Panel Installation Foreman (ACM)

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Panel Foreman to lead commercial installation crews on large, high‑profile projects across the Denver metro area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong ACM and architectural cladding experience.

• Lead and oversee crews installing ACM, terracotta, and fiber cement large‑format panels
• Manage daily field operations on commercial construction sites
• Coordinate lifting, placing, and installing exterior architectural panels
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Communicate with superintendents and project leadership to stay on schedule

• 4+ years of experience installing architectural panels on commercial projects
• Foreman or Lead Installer experience strongly preferred
• Hands‑on ACM panel installation experience required
  
  Experience in roofing, tile, framing, or commercial construction is beneficial
• Strong leadership, communication, and job‑site safety skills

• Typical schedule:
  
  5 x 10‑hour shifts
• Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

• Steady work on large commercial projects across Denver

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
