Architectural Panel Installation Foreman (ACM)

Denver Metro Area
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Panel Foreman to lead commercial installation crews on large, high‑profile projects across the Denver metro area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong ACM and architectural cladding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee crews installing ACM, terracotta, and fiber cement large‑format panels
- Manage daily field operations on commercial construction sites
- Coordinate lifting, placing, and installing exterior architectural panels
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Communicate with superintendents and project leadership to stay on schedule
- 4+ years of experience installing architectural panels on commercial projects
- Foreman or Lead Installer experience strongly preferred
- Hands‑on ACM panel installation experience required
Experience in roofing, tile, framing, or commercial construction is beneficial - Strong leadership, communication, and job‑site safety skills
- Typical schedule:
5 x 10‑hour shifts - Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
- Steady work on large commercial projects across Denver
- Opportunity to lead skilled crews on complex exterior installations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
