Architectural Panel Superintendent (Commercial Construction, ACM)
Location: Denver Metro Area
Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000/yr.
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Panel Superintendent to oversee large commercial façade and exterior panel installations across the Denver metro area.
Responsibilities- Oversee field operations for ACM, terracotta, and fiber cement panel systems
- Manage multiple foremen and installation crews
- Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, manpower, and site logistics
- Enforce safety, quality, and production standards
- Work closely with GCs, project managers, and inspectors
- 7+ years commercial construction experience
- Superintendent experience required
- Strong experience with ACM and large-format architectural panels
- OSHA and commercial jobsite safety knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Typically 5 x 10‑hour shifts
- Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
- Long‑term work on large, high‑profile commercial projects
- Stable pipeline of projects across the Denver metro area
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
