Architectural Panel Superintendent (Commercial Construction, ACM)

Location: Denver Metro Area

Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000/yr.

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Panel Superintendent to oversee large commercial façade and exterior panel installations across the Denver metro area.

• Oversee field operations for ACM, terracotta, and fiber cement panel systems
• Manage multiple foremen and installation crews
• Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, manpower, and site logistics
• Enforce safety, quality, and production standards
• Work closely with GCs, project managers, and inspectors

• 7+ years commercial construction experience
• Superintendent experience required
• Strong experience with ACM and large-format architectural panels
• OSHA and commercial jobsite safety knowledge
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Typically 5 x 10‑hour shifts
• Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

• Long‑term work on large, high‑profile commercial projects
• Stable pipeline of projects across the Denver metro area

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Denver, CO.
