We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our team. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and leadership qualities to help maintain our high standards of excellence on every project.
Responsibilities:
- Install Epoxy/Polyaspartic flooring systems efficiently and to company quality standards.
- Interpret and follow detailed installation instructions provided by the company.
- Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Perform hands-on installation.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
- Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and protocols, contributing to overall project quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily work responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure expectations are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site as needed.
- Experience with Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic flooring installation.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to lead and motivate team members on job sites.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles, with a focus on leading teams is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
