- Service Excellence:Unclog and clean sewers/drains while providing top-tier customer service.
- Diagnostics:Locate and diagnose issues, assessing repairs and clearly explaining options and costs to the customer.
- Documentation:Complete all service records, explain warranties, and manage paperwork accurately.
- Professionalism:Maintain a clean, inventoried company truck (inside and out) and comply with all safety and service standards.
- Development:Actively participate in morning meetings, training exercises, and trade shows
- Drain Cleaning
Experience:
Minimum of 1+ years of professional, hands-on experience specifically in residential or commercial drain cleaning - Equipment Proficiency:Demonstrated ability to operate professional-grade drain cleaning tools, including electric snakes (augers), high-velocity hydro-jetters, and CCTV sewer cameras for pipeline inspections.
- Communication:Strong written and verbal skills; ability to diffuse messy situations with professionalism.
- Reliability:Proven attendance record, valid driver’s license (insurable record), and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Character:High integrity and a desire to be better today than you were yesterday.
- Licensing:Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strength:Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy equipment weighing
50–75 lbs
. - Agility:Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch to work in tight spaces or crawl spaces.
- Heights:Ability to climb and work safely from ladders.
- Environment:Must be able to work in extreme heat, cold, and adverse weather conditions.
