Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities across the Denver, CO area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will enable you to thrive within this organization.

Mobile HVAC Technician

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal facility operation.

• Travel between multiple facilities to provide consistent and reliable service.

• Manage facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and contracted maintenance activities.

• Maintain HVAC systems by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to ensure peak performance.

• Record system readings, make adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems effectively.

• EPA 608 Type II Certification.

• Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
