Description:

We are hiring a Traveling Painter as a Full-time employee in our Denver market. This position will require travel up to 100% within and outside of the local market. Starting pay for the Traveling Painter role will be up to $22-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be hard-working and eager to learn the various services our company offers to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently once trained and will communicate effectively with the team to share information about our current activities.

PM, you will travel to customer locations to complete interior and exterior painting jobs.

Job Requirements:

• No specific certifications or minimum education requirements for this role.
• Overnight/out of town travel within the US up to 100% of the time.
• To operate a company vehicle, you must be at least 25 years of age. (Insurance purposes)
• Possess and maintain a valid CO Driver's License subject to continuous review.
• Experience trailering up to 15k lbs.
• Must be able to lift and carry up-to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Must meet background check, motor vehicle report and drug test requirements.
• Must be willing to do other assigned task, outside of painting, as needed by the company.

Traveling Painter Responsibilities:

• Prioritize customer needs and balance workload.
• Ensure Posted
  
  PM Procedures are followed.
• Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA.
• Must be comfortable with and confident working at heights.
• Weigh less than 275 lbs, due to ladder weight restriction limit.
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Be comfortable using technology to access our customer & company platforms.
• Work independently with remote supervision.
• A typical work week will require 40 - 50 hours.
• Integrity - we expect our technicians to always act with integrity.
• Demonstrate a superior Customer Service attitude.

Traveling Painter

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years Commercial painting experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and work on small equipment

Benefits:

• Our positions require additional travel to a variety of locations throughout the country. We pay all travel and lodging expenses as well as a generous $59 per Diem per travel day when away from your home.
