A Lifescape Assistant Foreman can work well with others, is dependable and takes direction. Responsible for leading the crew in the foreman’s absence, safety monitoring, quality control, and other duties.

COMPENSATION: $47,840-$50,000 per year

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately install project according to plans and on budget with guidance of Foreman

Lead crew in preparation/execution of daily tasks, in the foreman’s absence

Load truck and trailer as needed to and from job site/shop

Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment.

Maintain open communication between crew and production management

Maintain accurate daily time keeping via Aspire/Mtime mobile app

Assist Foreman in managing project hours to budget

Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season

Other duties and projects assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

OSHA-10 or higher (preferred)
