Overview
We’re looking for an Installation Manager to join America’s leading window & door company. As an Installation Manager for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will manage the installation life cycle, including directing subcontractors and making decisions that affect financial outcomes. We bring on folks who are proud of the work they do and the products they install. You must be dedicated to working with individual homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary, even when it isn’t required.
Responsibilities- Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
- Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
- Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
- Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
- Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks at hand.
- Ability to travel within location territory.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Posted Salary Range:
Starting from USD $60,000.00 per year.
