Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact. As an apprentice, you will spend the majority of your time working closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed to work on your own.

The pay range for this position is $20‑35 per hour. Geographic differentials are considered in higher cost‑of‑living areas.

• Nine paid holidays:
  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
• Up to two weeks of vacation (pro‑rated based on hire date within the first year of employment).
• Additional paid time off based on tenure.
• Additional PTO based on time in the job (vacation, sick leave, etc.).
• 72 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in Colorado.

• Entry‑level; some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle; pre‑employment drug test, clean driving record, and DOT physical required.
