This position will be assisting in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems for various projects. This role requires technical acumen, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

HVAC Installer – Entry Level

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Monday through Friday

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of Commercial to Light Industrial HVAC systems according to project specifications
• Installing gas pipe, refrigerant pipe, duct work/sheet metal, piping etc.
• Brazing / soldering
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute HVAC installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and startup phases
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs and reports
• Stay updated on HVAC technologies and best practices to enhance project execution

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC or related field preferred
• Universal EPA certification (upon hire/within 90 days of hire)
• Some construction and/or HVAC install experience desired
• Must have the ability to constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs., and occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs.
• Able to occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs. with a team lift
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and at heights
