Join AIR FLOW as a Maintenance Technician. This entry‑level role involves traveling to client locations, inspecting mechanical equipment, identifying issues, performing repairs, and providing routine maintenance.

• Travel to client locations to inspect and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment problems and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and service as required.
• Provide coverage and support for other positions, shifts, or functions.
• Prioritize and perform tasks independently.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork related to maintenance activities.

• Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, General maintenance, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain company insurance coverage.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
• Regular standing, kneeling, crawling, crouching, climbing ladders, and other manual labor.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment.

• Effective verbal and written communication with customers.
• Detail‑oriented and able to exercise independent judgment.
• Turn priorities and multitask efficiently.
• Work within organizational processes and procedures, upholding standards.
• Adapt to fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
