Armed Flex Security Officer – $27/hr – Denver, CO – Merchant Guard License Required

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Armed Flex Security Officers in Denver, CO.

Pay: $27.00/hr, paid weekly Position Type: Armed Flex / Standby Hours: No guaranteed hours

This is a flex coverage position supporting multiple sites based on operational needs. Officers must be available to work varying shifts, days, and times, including weekends and holidays.

• Active Denver Merchant Guard License (required at time of hire)
• Armed security experience required
• Ability to pass background screening
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Completion of psychological evaluation (required for armed positions)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly as needed
• Reliable, flexible availability

Security Officers perform duties in accordance with site-specific Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Officers must become thoroughly familiar with all assigned directives and respond to incidents and client needs in a professional and timely manner.
