Citadel Security USA is seeking a professional and customer-focused Unarmed Security Officer to support access control operations within a secure Security Operations Center in Denver, Colorado. This position is well suited for candidates who are attentive, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured environment that emphasizes professionalism, communication, and customer service.

• Control and monitor access to a secure operations center
• Verify credentials and authorize entry for approved personnel and visitors
• Support dispatch functions and communicate effectively with site leadership
• Monitor security systems and report unusual or suspicious activity
• Maintain a professional, courteous presence
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
• Respond appropriately to security-related issues in accordance with site procedures

• Denver Guard Card preferred; must be able to obtain one
• Prior dispatch and/or CCTV monitoring experience preferred
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain alert, professional, and composed in a structured security environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
