Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Full‑Time | 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Citadel Security USA is hiring an Overnight Unarmed Security Officer to support a construction site in the Denver area. This position is essential for maintaining safety and security during after‑hours operations when activity is minimal and vigilance is critical. Security Officers working this shift must be self‑motivated, observant, and capable of managing the site independently throughout the night.

• Conduct scheduled patrols of the commercial property and construction areas during nighttime hours
• Monitor gates, doors, and access points to ensure only authorized individuals are on site
• Identify unusual activity, safety hazards, or security concerns and report them promptly
• Respond appropriately to incidents in accordance with overnight post procedures
• Complete accurate 30‑minute reports and maintain detailed documentation of nightly activity
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and on‑call management when needed
• Maintain awareness and readiness throughout the entire shift

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be willing to undergo a job‑related background check where permitted by law
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during quiet overnight hours
