Location: Denver, CO
The Institute for Relationship Science in the Department of Psychology invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow position. Funding comes from an NIH‑funded project (R01MD
018167, PI Perry). Fellows may be supported for up to 2 years, pending performance and grant support, and will collaborate with multiple faculty members.
- Study coordination and project management
- Data analysis and data management
- Writing scientific papers and grant proposals
- Other duties as assigned
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong core math skills and experience with advanced statistical analyses
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
- PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or a related field
- Knowledge or research interest in couples and family relationships, mental health, maternal perinatal depression, maternal health, or LGBTQ+ health
- Experience in healthcare settings, such as hospitals
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ or pregnant/postpartum women
- Standard office environment
- Unexpected interruptions occur often; stress level is moderate to high
- Noise level is quiet to moderate
- Ability to work in front of a computer for extended periods
- Occasional need to move about the office/campus
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
