Dir, Franchise Sales

Overview

The Director of Franchise Sales is responsible for the prospecting, recruitment and signing of qualified franchise candidates as well as building relationships with existing franchisees resulting in their execution of new franchise agreements and development commitments. Meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas, franchise fee revenue, and new unit openings for all GoTo Foods concepts in assigned geography will be primary success measure.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Work Experience
  : 5+ years of sales related experience; franchise sales experience is preferred
• Skills and Abilities
  :
  Possesses a high degree of drive and tenacity with a proven track record of achieving sales results; strategic and fast-paced thinker who quickly establishes credibility and trust; ability to quickly identify and articulate a brand’s value; negotiation skills with ability to influence others to identify and create “win-win” partnerships; strong general business, financial, and management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  
  ability to travel 50-75% of the time
