We’re looking for a high-performance sales professional to join our team as a Patient Counselor (Sales Professional) – someone who thrives on connecting deeply with people, leading them through life-changing decisions, and closing in-person consultations with confidence and compassion.

This is a consultative sales role where your primary responsibility is to meet with prospective patients, understand their goals, and enroll them into our weight loss and body transformation programs so they can lose weight, tone their bodies, and reclaim their confidence.

Base Salary: $70,000/year

Upside personal commissions with clear tiers, paid monthly on collected revenue:

• $0–$30,000/month: 0%
• $30,001–$60,000/month: 12.5%
• $60,001+/month: 15%
• Personal Quota: $60,000/month in collected revenue
• On‑Target Earnings (OTE): ~ $115,000+ when consistently hitting quota (≈ $60,000/month in revenue)
• Top performers who drive $80,000–$100,000+/month in revenue can earn in the $150,000–$190,000+ range.

2‑month ramp period with intensive training and coaching so you’re set up to win before full expectations kick in!
