Job DescriptionAre you looking to lift your career in sales? Konecranes, the world leading group of Lifting Businesses™, is looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our sales team. Principal ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. Primary activities include targeting, preparation of sales offers for agreements and other new business opportunities, identifying required assets, developing competency, using provided processes and tools, supporting agreement renewals, and referring other product opportunities.
- New Agreement Business Development / Target Development Account:
Develop or use a provided list of target accounts to make offers, calls, and visits in pursuit of new agreement business opportunities. Monthly progress reporting and CRM logging required to meet targets. - CRM Funnel Management:
Manage and maintain the sales funnel and cases in the CRM daily. Record of visits, calls, meetings, and quotations must be visible in the CRM and discussed in weekly sales meetings with the District/Branch Manager. - Maintain monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size.
- Assist with customer relations or collection efforts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred. Prior equivalent experience and training considered.
Experience
:
Minimum of two (2) years in service-related sales preferred. Must have leadership experience, a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, experience meeting monthly sales quotas and CRM funnel size. Prior experience with cranes is a plus.
Other Requirements
:
Good written and verbal communication skills; good PC skills.
