About the RoleAt Kelly, we are redefining the future of talent acquisition. As a Senior RPO Sales Consultant
, you will drive growth across our U.S. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business by developing new client relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and delivering consultative workforce solutions. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role requiring strong enterprise sales capability, deep knowledge of talent solutions, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The role is remote within the U.S., with travel as needed to support client engagement.

Key Responsibilities- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across the U.S. RPO market.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Partner with Client Leads, Delivery, and Operations to design scalable, client-focused RPO solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts, including global expansion, growth into new regions or business units, and the introduction of innovation-led solutions.
- Build trusted, multi-level client relationships, positioning Kelly as a long-term workforce partner.
- Leverage labor market insights and competitive intelligence to inform consultative sales conversations.
- Represent Kelly at client meetings and industry engagements to strengthen brand presence.
Job Duties
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client workforce challenges and hiring goals.
- Develop tailored proposals and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate value and outcomes.
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting with discipline and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategy with delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements in alignment with client needs and company policies.
- Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting.
- Strong consultative sales expertise with disciplined pipeline and CRM management.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker able to translate complex needs into scalable RPO solutions.
- Executive-level communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Relationship-driven, client-first mindset with solid commercial acumen.
- 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise or consultative sales.
- Experience selling RPO, talent solutions, or workforce services strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver client outcomes.
- Ability to travel up to ~25% as needed.

Base pay range for this role is $73,875 – $123,000 annually, with additional earnings through a commission-based incentive plan tied to new business and revenue growth. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
