Sales Representative – Elevator Maintenance Services
Job : ESR-CO
Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday days / no weekends
DescriptionWe are seeking a driven sales professional to help expand our Elevator Systems Maintenance, Repair and Modernization business in Colorado. We specialize in the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and modernization of all elevator equipment types, serving commercial building owners and property managers. In this role, you will work independently to sell elevator maintenance, repair and modernization contracts and manage a sales quota within a designated sales territory in the state of Colorado and metro Denver area.
Yourprimary focus will be:
- Utilizing phone and in‑person prospecting skills to achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Developing and refining ongoing sales strategies through regular meetings with company ownership.
- Managing a home‑based office while traveling to meet with clients throughout the region.
- Experience:
Must have a minimum of 3 years in sales or service for Elevator Maintenance Services (Required) - Must have several years commercial elevator business experience.
- Customer Service: 3 years of experience (Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clean / Valid Colorado Driver’s License / driving record & reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service & phone skills.
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time (Denver metro to Trinidad CO area).
- Base Salary – $60,000 – $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Incentives – Competitive sales commission program (approximately $20,000 to $35,000 annually) paid quarterly.
- Insurance – Comprehensive health and dental insurance.
- Time Off – 2-weeks paid time off and holiday pay.
- Tools & Reimbursement – Company‑provided mobile phone, laptop computer, and mileage reimbursement (72.5 cents per mile).
