Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Senior Territory Manager covering the Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming regions. The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the assigned territory. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs. The Senior Territory Manager will position Hubbell Premise Wiring solutions to win specifications, influence project design, and capture market share across Enterprise, Data Center, Healthcare, Education, Financial, Industrial, Residential and other key verticals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, business development, and account management, particularly in the technology or network connectivity industry.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and partners in achieving business objectives.
  • Proven ability managing a sales territory, strategic planning, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of copper/fiber/wireless networks, network design, infrastructure and industry standards
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools; excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered. RCDD is preferred. DCDC is a plus
  • Availability to travel within the assigned territories of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, as required.
