PositionSummary
This role involves collaborating with team members and residents nationwide to meet Sales objectives. The Sales Coordinator works independently and as a team to manage their pipeline of potential buyers. This position involves working directly with prospects, residents, and community team members to collect and review all necessary documentation to facilitate sales. The role requires close attention to sales activities within their assigned pipeline, including reporting on key performance metrics that drive YES home sales.
Additional responsibilities include providing training, coaching, and information related to daily sales operations ensuring that partnering sales agents are fully equipped to meet their sales objectives at YES.
- Work independently to review all incoming sales application decisions with a keen eye for detail, serving as a trusted resource for prospects, residents, and community team members by addressing questions and facilitating sales activities resulting in a higher funding ratio
- Exercise discretion to determine the next appropriate steps in the sales process when clearing conditions or while meeting the requirements of existing sales agreements, following company policy, applicable state and local laws, and lender policies if relevant.
- Employ a solution-oriented approach to navigate objections or overcome hurdles from prospects, residents, lenders, or community team members to meet company sales objectives.
- Provide reports and insights on key performance metrics to the Sales Manager, sales team, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborates with Division Sales Specialists and other field leaders to provide training and coaching opportunities that develop the strongest sales force in the industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Exposure to sales/loan processing or funding industry is an absolute PLUS!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related CRM tools (Hub Spot experience is a plus!)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project goals with strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
