This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO, for an Inside Sales Support professional. The role involves supporting sales operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, responding to inquiries, and handling client communications. The individual will also assist with sales orders, support lead management, and ensure processes run smoothly to meet business goals.
This role is a great introduction to the seed and ag world and offers hands‑on exposure to how seed moves from production to customer. You’ll gain experience working with seed processing, inventory, documentation, and internal teams—building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in agriculture. Prior ag experience is helpful, but not required; curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn go a long way.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales Operations, including managing sales orders, supporting sales processes, and handling sales inquiries
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to customers and internal teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment in Denver, CO
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms is a plus
- Any previous experience in the agricultural or landscaping industry is highly desirable
