Under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for leading new business development initiatives within the Denver market. This position is exclusively focused on outbound prospecting and the acquisition of new clients, requiring a highly disciplined, self-directed professional with a strong hunter mentality. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in field-based sales, operate with a high degree of independence, and consistently identify, engage and secure long-term strategic partnerships.
Core responsibilities include conducting regular in-person visits, executing comprehensive sales strategies, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from initial engagement through customer onboarding.

- Lead outside sales initiatives by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to consistently generate qualified leads, conduct sales calls, and close contracts with key decision-makers
- Conduct in‑person site visits, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contract terms to address specific client requirements
- Communicate service offerings, pricing structures, and compliance obligations to prospective clients with clarity and accuracy
- Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date documentation of outreach activities, sales pipeline progress, and customer interactions within CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding and long‑term account management
- Achieve or exceed established weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metrics and revenue targets related to new account acquisition
- Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned
- Perform other related duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of B2B outside sales experience with a demonstrated record of successful new business acquisition
- Prior experience in service‑based or institutional sales is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation techniques
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations and negotiate complex agreements
- Highly self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales tracking tools to manage pipeline activity
- Willingness to travel up to 35% within the assigned territory
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory and frequent in‑person meetings with prospective clients. The role may involve exposure to outdoor environments, varying weather conditions, noise, odors, and job sites where the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Administrative responsibilities will involve routine use of standard office equipment, including a computer, telephone, and printer.
