How you'll make an impact

Cin7 is scaling fast and we're building the foundation of our outbound engine in North America. As a BDR, you’ll talk directly with founders and operators at modern brands like Liquid Death, Caraway, Tracksmith, and MrBeast, plus hundreds of fast‑growing Shopify brands, Amazon sellers, and DTC startups across fitness, apparel, food & beverage, and consumer goods.

This is a high-volume, phone-first role. You’ll spend 3–4 hours/day on the phones, and what matters most is simple: you get energy from live conversations, you’re comfortable with volume, and you want to talk to founders/operators building real brands.

We care more about how you perform than what your resume says. If you’ve been successful in any phone-heavy role – recruiting, fundraising, appointment setting, customer success, collections, call center – we want to hear from you.

Recent grads and career changers from hospitality, retail, operations, teaching, athletics, and more are welcome if you’re ready to bring that grit into tech sales.

hybrid, full-time position based in Denver, Colorado with 2–3 in-office days/week required.

Here’s what makes this different

  • Not 100% cold calling: you’ll work a mix of cold outbound, closed‑lost opportunities, and recycled inbound leads.

  • Modern tooling: Nooks power dialer, Salesforce, Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator, and ChatGPT. We train you if you’re new.
  • Opportunity: Top performers are highly visible to leadership and can move into an AE role in 12–18 months.
What you’ll do
  • Make 3–4 hours of calls/day
  • Drive outbound pipeline and revenue growth in North America
  • Work cold outbound, closed‑lost accounts, recycled opportunities, and web‑engaged leads
  • Execute on prioritized accounts delivered by our Clay-powered tiering system
  • Move prospects from “not thinking about it” to “tell me more”
  • Help test messaging across industries, use cases, and competitive takeouts
What you’ll bring
  • Strong skills on the phone: confident, clear, engaging

Past experience (although many paths work)
  • A demanding, people-facing role (hospitality, retail, recruiting, fundraising, support, ops, etc.)
  • Recent grad with proof you can win in high‑output environments (athletics, leadership, competitive programs, side hustles, etc.)
  • BDR/SDR with 1–2 years experience and a strong track record
  • Any other role where you had success in a high‑activity environment with accountability to outcomes (calls, appointments, revenue, retention, sales numbers etc.)
This role probably isn’t for you if
  • Cold calling makes you anxious – this is phone-first at its core
  • You need external accountability to own your results
  • Rejection sticks with you and impacts your energy
  • You want a “comfortable landing spot” more than you want to build
  • You’re not excited about ecommerce or solving inventory challenges
